Mary Fitzgerald works with individuals and couples, and seeks to find what is at the core of conflict. While working with the homeless population in Juneau, Mary gained valuable experience working with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, sexual abuse, depression, attachment disorders, personality disorders and addiction.

Mary believes that it is just as important to find the strengths of an individual, while exploring the shadow part of one's life. She specializes in finding patterns and helps to bring new understanding to what is being experienced. For over 30 years, she has studied the different personality types, temperament styes and love languages. These are important elements in building healthy communication and connection.

Mary's approach is gentle and calm, which creates a safe environment, while exploring the obstacles that stand in the way of progress. She seeks effective ways to overcome inner conflicts, and to help restore each client to their authentic selves.
